Today's Drawing

Something loose and quick this morning... pencil and watercolours... I'm kinda happy with it... something interesting happening there.

Redhead quickie...

A quick sketch... pens, ink, thick buggered up old brush...and a dash of watercolours... happiness :-)

Itching to get back into some kind of daily drawing/sketching routine outside of the demands of my work stuff... daily comic strips and commercial work. Feeling very creatively sterile at the moment with too many cases of opening the sketchbook, staring at the empty page with nothing happening or just not "feeling it" -- bloody depressing.

And hey -- go read VERN & DERN ... you won't regret it. ;-)

It started out as just another routine day in the pond as professor carp took his routine morning swim... (pen, ink, brush, watercolours... nothing digital for a change :-)

Blak Peppa Lite!

A couple of kick-start-the-day-with-a-serious-cuppa-coffee drawing session this Monday morning with my sketchbook, a tall Americano and a fresh croissant. Good way to start the working week, I guess... especially with the grim winter weather we had this morning.
